I can make any of my items in other colors than listed and in most cases I can use different materials too. If you would like me to use wool instead of acrylic, cotton instead of wool, or you have a specific color combination in mind, contact me so we can work out the details. Usually there is only a small fee for customization.

Made to order items have options listed to choose from. Ready to ship items are available in the sizes mentioned in the listing.
Since I use precolored wool for my baby socks and hats, the stripes will be laid out differently for each item. It is a property of the yarns I use. Stripes will be wider on small newborn items and narrower on bigger sizes.

I am able to make small batches of several of my items.
Please take into consideration that I work alone at the moment, so execution time can take up to two weeks.

Written care instructions are sent together with each item.
Handwash is advised for best care for all hand knit and crocheted items. It increases the life of a garment greatly.
Material is mentioned at each listing. I use mostly wool yarns with a little acrylic content, but also alpaca, angora, cotton and acrylic.

I send my items packaged in thin paper gift packages inside a bubble mailer or sturdy box, depending on size of the item.

Please mention if you would like a gift tag added with a handwritten note. No extra cost for an added note.

Returns must be in their original packing if they have a special one and in unused condition.

You are responsible for the shipping and handling charges of returning the merchandise to me.

Refund is possible only on regular items, with options chosen from variations in listings. Custom orders and personalised items can not be refunded.

Forced returns(unclaimed mail) will be refunded for the price of the item/s.

I ship everything with postal services. Unfortunately the postal services are not giving any guarantee for delivery date.
I ship everything from Romania in Europe!
My past experience shows that you should allow at least 3 weeks for delivery to the US or Canada, 2 weeks for delivery within Europe and at least 4 weeks for deliveries to Australia.
Of course miracles do happen and many times items are delivered faster, but don't count on it!
Please, PLEASE check with me before comitting to buying anything! Returning an item because it was not delivered in time is not fun for any of us. PLEASE plan ahead for eventual late deliveries.
Delivery time is ADDITIONAL to processing time!

As of July 1st 2018 all businesses outside Australia, selling and delivering to Australia have to add a 10% tax for each sale under 1000 AUD. Etsy will add this amount to each sale automatically before checkout and the amount will be sent to the Australian government. No other customs charges will be added on your side at delivery.
